The accommodation is composed of an entrance hall, a large living room, a spacious fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room, a second (small) living room with balcony, convertible into a bedroom (2 single beds convertible into a double)

A corridor leads to the sleeping area, this is made up of 2 family suites with mezzanine (respectively 48m2 & 44m2) for 5 people each and a large bedroom of 42m2 for 3 people. Each of these three bedrooms has its own shower room and toilet.
There is also a private courtyard which is entirely enclosed, green and exotic. It is equipped with tables and chairs, a barbecue and 2 garden furniture.

Our house is available for self-catering rental, however we would like to inform you that if your intention is to party without constraints or noise limitations, unfortunately our accommodation is not suitable.
